We deliver across most pincodes in India via trusted courier partners. Metro cities: 2–4 business days. Other cities/towns: 3–7 business days. Remote locations may take longer. You’ll receive tracking details by SMS/email once your order ships.
Shipping is free on orders above ₹999. Orders below that attract a flat shipping fee of ₹79. Final charges (if any) are shown at checkout based on your pincode and cart weight.
After dispatch, we share a tracking link by email/SMS. You can also find it in My Account > Orders. If the link doesn’t update within 24 hours, it may be awaiting the courier’s first scan—please check again a little later.
Address/phone updates are possible before dispatch. Contact us immediately at contact@waggytaless.com or +91-6396606070. Once shipped, changes may not be possible; re-delivery charges may apply if an attempted delivery fails.
Payment Information
We accept UPI, major debit/credit cards, net banking, and select wallets through our secure payment partners. Cash on Delivery (COD) is available on eligible pincodes and order values (fees may apply).
Yes. Payments are processed via PCI-DSS compliant gateways using encrypted channels. We do not store your full card details on our servers. OTP/3D Secure verification is required where applicable.
In most cases, the bank auto-reverses failed transactions within 3–7 business days. If you don’t see the reversal by then, share the transaction reference with us at contact@waggytaless.com and we’ll help investigate.
Yes, GST invoices are generated automatically for every order. You can download them from your order details page or request a copy via email if needed.
Order Returns
You can request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery for eligible issues (wrong item, damaged in transit, quality concern, or near-expiry). Items must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging. See our full Returns & Exchanges policy for details.
Email contact@waggytaless.com within the return window with your order number, issue description, and clear photos/videos. We’ll review and share pickup/return instructions. Please pack items securely to avoid damage during transit.
After the returned item passes quality inspection, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days. Shipping fees are refundable only if the return is due to our error (wrong/defective item).
Opened or partially used consumables, items with tampered seals, products damaged due to improper storage/handling, and items marked “Non-Returnable” are not eligible. For safety and hygiene, we cannot accept returns of opened pet food/treats unless there is a verified quality issue.
