1. Eligibility for Returns

• Request must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.
• Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
• Proof of purchase (order number, invoice, or receipt) is required.

2. Non-Returnable Items

• Opened or partially used food/treats.
• Items with tampered packaging or broken seals.
• Products damaged due to misuse, neglect, or improper storage.
• Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable”.

3. Exchanges

• If you received the wrong item, damaged goods, or a product with a short expiry, we will provide a free replacement.
• Exchanges are subject to availability. If the item is out of stock, we will process a refund.

4. Refunds

• Refunds are issued only after inspection and approval of the returned item.
• Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
• Shipping charges are non-refundable, except in cases of incorrect or defective items.

• Attach clear photos/videos of the item and packaging to help us assess the issue.
• Once approved, we will provide instructions for courier pick-up or return shipping address.
• Ensure items are securely packed to avoid damage during return transit.

6. Late or Missing Refunds

• If you haven’t received your refund yet, first check your bank account or payment wallet again.
• Contact your bank or card provider, as processing times vary.
