• All orders are subject to availability. We may limit quantities or cancel any order at our discretion with a refund if charged.

4. Orders & Payment

• Condition: Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging. Evidence (photos/videos) may be required.
• Non-returnable: Opened or partially used consumables, items with tampered seals, or products damaged due to misuse/storage.
• Process: Email contact@waggytaless.com with order number, issue details, and images within the return window.
• Resolution: Replacement or refund (original payment method) at our discretion after inspection. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless due to our error.

7. Cancellations

• By customer: You may cancel before dispatch for a full refund. After dispatch, please refer to the Returns policy.
• By us: We may cancel for reasons including stock issues, pricing errors, or failed verification. Any payment received will be refunded.

8. Product Storage & Use

• Follow storage instructions on the label (e.g., cool, dry place; seal after opening).
• Check ingredients for pet allergies/sensitivities. Consult a veterinarian if unsure.
• Do not use Products past the expiry date or if packaging is compromised.
